In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Flushing; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in New York are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

Hours are published for 2 days a week. Typical hours are 10:30 AMโ€“10:30 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (347) 732-9798. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, jibeichuanny.com.

Flushing is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Flushing follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great food. Fast service. We all ordered brisket soup, beef shanksoup, maw fish soup, and thai soup. Everything came out fast, hot, and delicious. The soup taste clean and healthy. Not loaded with sodium.

Iโ€™ve been here many times, and the food is always consistently good. The broth is rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the portions are generous. Itโ€™s one of my go-to spots in Flushing whenever Iโ€™m craving rice noodles. Highly recommend!

I ordered the Golden Broth Fish Maw Chicken Rice Noodles. The rich golden soup was smooth, savory, and full of comforting chicken flavor. The fish maw had a soft, slightly chewy texture, while the chicken was tender and juicy. The rice noodles absorbed the flavorful broth beautifully, making every bite warm and satisfying. The portion was generous and filling, perfect for anyone craving a comforting and nourishing bowl of noodles.

Absolutely delicious! The Premium Abalone & Sea Cucumber Rice Noodles and Fish Maw Chicken Soup Rice Noodles were rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Abalone Chicken Rice Noodles were also very satisfying, with fresh ingredients and great texture. The marinated platter was a great additionโ€”well-seasoned and full of variety. Everything tasted authentic and high quality. Highly recommend if youโ€™re in Flushing!

The Supreme Fish Maw Chicken Soup Rice Noodles + Abalone is a must-try โ€“ rich, flavorful, and luxurious. Spicy fried wings, takoyaki, and crispy fried milk were all perfect. The tomato soup noodles + beef is fresh and tangy, totally different vibe from the fish maw soup. Drinks are refreshing, and everything tastes unique. Highly recommend for hearty, flavorful noodle soups!
